An Adult Developmental Home (ADH) is a licensed residential  setting in which an individual (maximum of 3 individuals)  ages 18 or older diagnosed with a developmental disability is placed when in need of a temporary, long-term or permanent home. The ADH provider will offer supports and services to the individual(s) to enhance their life in a family home setting.
