Group supported employment is a service that provides long-term, ongoing support services to a qualifying members to assist them in gaining employment. Qualifying members work for Consumer Advocacy Projects along with community business partners. CAP’s highly trained Job Coaches accompany all members to their worksites to ensure all requirements and expectations of the job assignment are met. Each business site (enclave) is tailored to meet the needs of each business.
