Our day programs are great opportunities for our members to get “out and about” during their day to socialize and do activities.
Home And Community Based Services
Our HCBS program is perfect for members who need one-on-one care within the comfort of their own homes. Our HCBS program provides three levels of services
group supported employment
Group supported employment is a service that provides long-term, ongoing support services to a qualifying members to assist them in gaining employment.
Adult Development Homes
The ADH provider will offer supports and services to the individuals we serve to enhance their life in a family home setting.
